Responsibilities:

Frame Assembly:

- Interpret construction blueprints and specifications to accurately assemble and construct building frameworks.

- Measure and cut materials, including lumber and plywood, to precise specifications.

Layout and Marking:

- Execute precise layout and marking of materials according to blueprints, ensuring accuracy in dimensions and alignment.

- Follow established guidelines and layouts for walls, floors, and ceilings.

Installation:

- Install structural components, including studs, joists, and rafters, ensuring proper spacing and alignment.

- Secure framing members to the building's structure using nails, screws, or other appropriate fasteners.

Team Collaboration:

- Work closely with other construction professionals, including carpenters, contractors, and project managers, to ensure seamless project execution.

- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and achieve project milestones.

Safety Compliance:

- Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

- Participate in regular safety meetings and contribute to a safe working environment.

Quality Control:

- Conduct quality checks on completed framing work to ensure it meets established standards and specifications.

- Identify and address any issues or deviations from the original plans.

Material Handling:

- Safely and efficiently handle and transport construction materials to and from the worksite.

- Organize and maintain an inventory of framing materials.

Qualifications:

• Previous construction or labor experience preferred but not required — we’re willing to train the right person.
• Ability to perform physical labor and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Commitment to safety and teamwork.
