Responsibilities:

Site Preparation and Cleanup:‍

- Assist with setting up and cleaning up construction sites before, during, and after projects.
- Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment.
- Keep work areas organized and free from hazards.

General Labor Tasks:

- Perform basic construction duties such as digging, lifting, carrying, and positioning materials.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively under supervision.
- Support carpenters, framers, and other skilled workers as needed.

Equipment and Tool Handling:

- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Report any damaged or unsafe tools or conditions to the supervisor immediately.

Safety Compliance:

- Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
- Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Help maintain a safe and clean job site for all workers.

Teamwork and Communication:

- Work closely with foremen and crew members to complete assigned tasks on schedule.
- Communicate effectively and respectfully with team members and supervisors.

Growth and Learning:

- Be willing to learn new construction skills and techniques.
- Take direction and training seriously to support career growth within Twin Ridge Contractors.

Qualifications:

• Previous construction or labor experience preferred but not required — we’re willing to train the right person.
• Ability to perform physical labor and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Commitment to safety and teamwork.
